I will contribute some text to Hackbash at some point soon. But for now I just wanted to share this very special and beautiful thing.
They seem to have cut off the bit at the end where Charlie Brooker appears on stage with an Uzi.
Perhaps we have to pay Micro$oft more money before we get that bit.

Putting the BS in The Boss.
Bruce Springsteen is alive and well, I know, but if he sees that he’s going to be climbing into his grave just so he can spin round a bit.
And then he’s going to come out and track down everyone involved and kill them.
I’m waiting for Chris T-T to see this. It’ll be him, the Boss and Charlie Brooker racing to get to the Microsoft sales team first.
Let there be no white earphones lying around when they find their quarry.

Catchy!
I’m actually quite upset. Feel. Wrong.
Hey, I’ve just read that Microsoft was being ironic.
Could have fooled me (and apparently did). Anyway, anyone else reminded of that God-awful trend for corporate songs from a few years back? There’s a ZDNet repository of the worst offenders.
Somewhere I’ve got an EA effort from 2000 to the tune of Louie Louie, which made every right-thinking employee in the UK point westwards and laugh.
