		<description>The thing I really don&#039;t get about Google&#039;s approach is that the humber of news sources is not &#039;robots-only&#039; high. A small team of human bullshit detectors could easily review the relatively limited number. 
Given the prominence that  Google often gives the news in blended results, you&#039;d think it might be worth the investment for the sake of SERP quality.  Google, schmoogle.</description>

The B&amp;B link turned out to be an interesting experiment. I checked the search results after I published and hackbash was ranking within an hour for &#039;jolly good B&amp;B&#039;, which isn&#039;t exactly how we pitch the blog.

I&#039;ve checked back a few times to see if the B&amp;B I linked to would begin ranking, and was about to point out to Randip that one of the main principles of SEO and linkbuilding practice didn&#039;t work and thus he and about a third of iCrossing&#039;s staff should probably pick up their coats.

It&#039;s there now. You can take your coat off Randip, but don&#039;t get too cocky.</description>
